FUEL OIL PRICE Over the past 6 months fuel oil price trended slightly downwards, with sharp dips in the month of June and August. These dips were caused by a decrease in demand in the region resulting in oversupply in these months. The 6 months average fuel price from March 2006 to August 2006 was US$340.60/MT.

POOL PRICE Over the past 6 months pool price rose by almost 35% to S$167.41/MWh in August 2006. The 6 months average pool price from March 2006 to August 2006 was S$144.00/MWh.
PUBLISHED TARIFF SP Low Tension tariff rate has increased by an average of 2.32% to 21.64 cents per kWh for the quarter of 1 October 2006 to 31 December 2006. |

| Tuas Power & Gas Supply Pte Ltd Forms New Joint Venture TPGS Green Energy Tuas Power brings corporate customers yet another choice in satisfying your electricity needs through its new joint venture called TPGS Green Energy, formed with gas importer Gas Supply Pte Ltd (GSPL).
The new joint
venture
develops and markets
energy-efficient and environment-friendly, natural gas-firing
cogeneration and trigeneration plants to corporate customers.
Customers employing such technology will be able to produce their
own electricity and also turn waste heat into steam and chilled
water for their operational needs.
