30.45 cents per kWh for the quarter of 1 Oct to 31 Dec 08.

PRICE
Fuel
oil price climbed from Apr to mid Jul 08, reaching
its peak at US$786 in 15 Jul. Then, the price went on a dropping trend. The lowest point
from Apr to Sep 08 was US$506 at 1 Apr and the average oil price was US$634.11.

PRICE
During the period between Apr to
Sep 08, monthly pool price gained to its peak at S$203.05/MWh
in May and dipped to its lowest at S$185/MWh in Jun. The
average pool price during these 6 months was S$191.76/MWh.
